Role outline:

This position would directly be based out of head office based in Point Cook. Our Trust Accounts team is growing and we are looking for two new trust accounts champions.

Our ideal candidate would have a very strong interest in numbers and servicing stakeholders.

Some of the Duties and responsibilities include:

  • End to end handling of sale and settlement transactions using real estate softwares
  • Preparing end of month statements
  • Implementation of new systems and processes
  • Managing flow of invoices
  • Training and coaching team members
