Why do we celebrate, promote, and support the communities we live in? For us, it goes much deeper than sales alone, because one of the most important things we can all do on this earth is to let people know they are part of a community. 

We feel we are the privileged ones, which motivated us to look for ways to give back. Therefore, we established The Reliance Foundation in 2016. 

Set up as a community benefit fund, we ensure that a percentage of our earning is allocated to the Foundation, and distributed to local organisations, schools, and other worthy community groups. It is also a chance for us to give back to our community by lending a hand and directly helping our neighbourhood. As we grow, the community grows with us. 

Since it began, we are proud to have supported multiple schools in the area, sporting programs and leadership mentoring programs, as well as participating in annual charity events such as the World’s Greatest Shave, Relay for Life and Red Nose Day. 

The Foundation gives us a sense of belonging, and pride, in loving where we live. We encourage all our teams to be involved, and this is something they have done with a passion, identifying causes they wish to support, and getting involved from the ground up. 

And while we are not looking for a pat on the back, by lending a hand, it is great to know so many have benefited; the Australasian Real Estate Awards have also recognised us for our contribution to the greater community three years running.
